Geodesy Data Solution provides IT services including website design, app development, cloud infrastructure, hosting, database management, SEO, and digital marketing. All services are subject to a separate service agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables become the property of the client. Geodesy Data Solution retains the right to use screenshots in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the project agreement. Standard terms require a 50% advance to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

4. Limitation of Liability

Geodesy Data Solution's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Refund Policy

1. Project Advance

The initial advance payment (typically 50% of project value) is non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Milestone-Based Payments

Payments made against completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.

3. Hosting & Subscriptions

Hosting fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if Geodesy Data Solution fails to commence the project within 14 working days, or if delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed SOW.
