2. Our Services
Geodesy Data Solution provides a range of IT services including, but not limited to:

- Database Management — Design, optimization, and administration of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Digital Marketing & SEO — Search engine optimization, content marketing, and analytics.
- IT Consulting — Technology strategy, system audits, and digital transformation.
All IT services are subject to a separate service agreement (SOW) that will define the scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each project. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.
3. Product Sales & Store
Our online store offers a curated selection of gadgets, accessories, and lifestyle products. The following terms apply to all purchases made through our store:
- Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product offered by us does not match the description, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
- Pricing: Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing & Payments
For IT services, payment terms are defined in the individual service agreement. Standard terms require a 50% advance payment to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and client approval.
For product purchases from our store:
- Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Cash on Delivery: COD is available across India. A nominal handling fee may apply for certain orders.
- Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
- Failed Payments: In case of payment failure, we will not process your order. Please contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.
💳 Payment Summary: IT services require a 50% advance. Store purchases offer COD and online payments. All prices include GST.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship products across India using trusted courier partners. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping is free for orders above ₹2,000. A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹2,000.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number via email or SMS.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is not possible, the order will be returned to us, and you may incur a restocking fee.
- Risk of Loss: All products are shipped at your risk. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:
- Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, personal care items, and software downloads are non-returnable unless defective.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Refund for IT Services: The initial 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced. Milestone-based payments are non-refundable after approval. Full refunds may be issued only if we fail to commence the project within 14 working days or if delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed scope.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
⚠️ Important: For IT services, advances are non-refundable after work begins. Product returns are accepted within 7 days for defects or damage.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code, is the property of Geodesy Data Solution or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
- For IT Services: Upon full payment, all custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables become the property of the client. Geodesy Data Solution retains the right to use screenshots and project descriptions in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- For Store Products: Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on products belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.
- Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our explicit written consent.
8. User Conduct
When using our website or services, you agree not to:
- Engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to Geodesy Data Solution or other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or data.
- Use our website or services to transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

- Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geodesy Data Solution and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.
- Any content you submit or transmit through our website.
11. Governing Law
